In the Netherlands it's also impossible to get a 2.35 Ray super ground. I guess for almost a year now. 2.25 is no problem.

Any one know how much of a performance gain (rolling resistance/feel) there is switching to the Super Race version? I've been using the racing ray/Ralph combo in super ground for a few years now. Looking up the manufacturer's specs it would appear there is little to no weight savings to be had, really just a bit less puncture protection and supposedly a bit less rolling resistance.

I see you got the transparent sidewall. Looks like that's all they have in stock. Is the transparent sidewall just a visual thing and as tough as the black sidewall? Or is it a thinner compound?

thinner and lighter
More prone to some issue on rougher trails.
With Schwalbe, red line (stripe on tread of tire) version is race. Blue line versions are more trail and tougher.
I can tell you they roll great and are pretty light. I like the tan wall look though as well.
Don’t quote me but I think they make a red line version but just black.
