Sounding like the Capital One commercial, just like to know if riders carry anything unsual in their pack. I was just cleaning mine out and it was all the usual suspects: pump, repair kit, tube, zip ties, two power bars, and some money.
of the last 1/3 of a sandwich thats still in my camelbak from yesterdays ride. Gonna go get it..

I have a MULE and i carry 2 tubes, a pump, some lube, multitool, pocket knife, tire levers, cell phone, money, spare links, a powerbar for epics and WATER.

Well, yesterday I went to retrieve my emergency gel pack and found it had spewed its contents in the smallest pocket of my camelback and has turned into a firm, but sticky mess.

Gatorade, Powerbar, CB multi-tool, CB power pump, tire levers, patch kit, spare tube, small first aid kit, duct tape, and my cell phone.

If the weather looks like it might turn nasty I'll carry a wind breaker. And if I'm riding somewhere new, I'll also carry a map.

Okay, I have to ask now - i've seen leatherman come up a few times now. What is that?

LyNx - agreed. Maybe we should get CraigH to do a FAQ section with a bunch of good links, same way he does in the Manufacturers section with differing frame types. Dare I say it, but if these people aren't searching in the first place do you think they'll find the FAQ???

Kinda like a swiss knife, cept different :D comes looking like a needle nose pliers and the handles contain all the blades, tools etc. Made from stainless steel, very handy multi tool.

I prefer Quaker State, tastes better.

Money!!! I always have about $5 including some quarters for vending machines.

It comes in handy when I find myself back intown after a long ride...
