Upgrade 2016 Rockshox Pike RC SoloAir?

I am building up a new bike and am contemplating reusing the RS Pike on my current bike. It was upgraded with the Vorsprung Luftkappe a couple years ago.

Or buy either a new 2021 RS Pike or even a Lyrik for my new Knolly
Fugitive LT build.

Looking for recommendations...Money is and isn't an object, so let's not bring money into the discussion. Reason why it isn't an object, I can wait a little longer and get the money together to buy a new fork or save that money and reuse my current fork.

Should I buy new or reuse what I have? If I do buy new it will possibly be the Lyrik Ultimate. If I reuse what I have, do I upgrade it more?

150mm is the target travel size.

I haven't considered anything other than the Rockshox and probably won't go outside that brand. Nothing against any of the others, I am just not that educated on forks or anything outside Rockshox or Fox.

My Knolly Fugitive has the Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock, so I kinda want to keep the brand the same on the fork as the rear shock.

If you like the pike RC, your face will melt if you try damn near anything else. The RC had a pretty wonky tune that was generally found to work very poorly.

The fork itself is great and has plenty of potential. I would get at least a new charger damper, or a retune, or avalanche. You're missing out on a significant amount of performance.

A new pike ultimate is certainly an option too, but its basically what you have already, but with a strange spring that works oddly (your luftkappe is better). You could get all that same performance with a damper upgrade.

If I buy new, it will more than likely be a Lyrik just for that extra bit of stiffness as being reported. However, I've never felt my current Pike to be a wet noodle. I wasn't overly impressed with it out of the box. When I put the Luftkappe on it, the shock changed quite a bit to more of my liking.

My Pike now is a flat black finish and I'd like to have the gloss black finish as what is being offered now. I can have the finish on my current fork changed to the gloss, but at an expense. My current Pike is 120mm and will need to be changed to 150mm. If I tune it further, change the travel and have it refinished I'd be pushing the price of a new fork.

If your current airspring is at 120 you will also need a new one. I'm not sure it the new charge 2.1 fits the first pike. It fits the B1 at least.
If you go in to trailhead.rockshox and put in your serial nr, you should get a list of the upgrades you can du to that fork. You can also use the sparepart list to find what fits your fork. But if you need new airspring, new cartridge and services kits, pluss oils, and maybe someone to do the jobb you are getting closer to just buying a new fork. If you can do the work yourself it saves some money. If you do all this and put the 2.1 cartridge in you basically have a pike ultimate.
I think I would sell the current fork, and buy a lyric as you already have suggested.
A third option I would really consider is sending it to avalanche and get costume fork
