As Nino is now racing a 120mm travel bike, you’d think that Scott would have a lightweight version for sale soon. Has anybody heard anything?
Very nice. 👍
I order few months back, im in AsiaVery nice. 👍
Where did you get it from so soon?
Flat pedals with a rigid seatpost is an unusual combo.
im waiting for my dropper as the depth is pretty shallowFlat pedals with a rigid seatpost is an unusual combo.
Time goes fast. But the later you order the later you get the bike I think.I'm asking for the Spark World Cup availability and they say Decemberalthough time goes fast, right?
I read in BRAIN, that Fox for example will require 8-10 months to fulfill industry oem orders and another 10-15 months to replenish retail stock. I bet the bikes are there, but waiting on a few select parts, just like the factory lots full of new cars waiting for their chip.Canyon is saying Spring 2022 for their new XCM bike. I don't know what to think as far as supply chain getting back to normal. One one hand Id like to believe Scott and others are doing all they can to build bikes and recover. On the other hand I've seen some companies able to supply lower end new models but nothing super high end. I also think the high end market is becoming a "just in time" model where they are only producing a small quantity of top shelf bikes to avoid markdowns and increase inventory turns. So if you want a high end Spark, Epic or you name the brand, you need to order it. The days of finding super high end bikes in common size M or L at a local shop seems unlikely. May you all get what you want. Life it too short to pull up short on such a great passion we have.

Agreed! When I went to the Scott website, I thought: is that even the same bike??? The RC is so sexy...and the non-RC is...well...not.Spark RC looks fantastic, but non RC looks like it was spray painted in a garage.

Good to know…since that's the exact build I was looking at…now to find one.The bike has been delivered!
Took it out for a 90k spin on Sunday and wow, what a machine. So stiff when standing on the pedals, so stable even using full travel, i didnt feel the need to lock the bike very often. Longer reach + shorter stem is also a win, the handling is like nothing i ever experienced before. I'm really blown away by the bike. If you can get one, you wont regret it.

*wheels are owned by the shop. I will ride with dt240 and duke rims when the bike is 100% mine.
