Shimano BR-M355 hydraulic disc brake pads

I'm looking to replace the pads on my wife's diamondback lux with metal compound pads. This is the model: Shimano BR-M355 hydraulic disc.
It is probably resin currently, they suck. Which model pads should I look for? Looking for full on metal. I'm usually riding her bike for commuting, and resin or semi metallic won't cut it.

Shimano E01S Metal pads will fit your brakes.

Some Shimano rotors have 'resin pads only' stamped on them.

I have a set of those on a commuter. Bigger rotors really helped it. 160mm were terrible.

I upgraded to rear to 180 a while ago. Didn't help much. Front came 180 specced
