I just did 4 days camping and riding Gooseberry Mesa and Little Creek Mesa. Very similar. Basically all tech and no flow. Climbing boulders and dropping boulders.

This is a video of me descending the wooden switchbacks on "The Edge" trail in Copper Harber, MI last summer. It's challenging because the ravine it criss-crosses drops off as you go so you're progressively higher off the ground. Pretty intimidating towards the bottom! At least for an old flatlander like me.

Here a video I made of my 4 days of riding and yurt GLamping at Gooseberry Mesa, Utah. We also drove over to Little Creek Mesa which was only 20 minutes from Gooseberry Mesa. Similar riding at Little Creek. From our yurt, we looked down on top of the start of the Red Bull Rampage. The mesa we were on is about a 1000 ft above the Rampage start box. The helicopters were flying just below us. This was the week before the Rampage event, so we could barely see them practicing and setting up. I'll add some zoomed in pictures of the Rampage from our yurt.

Funtimes in the NorCal from Autumn 2023:

The trails around Truckee are the bestest.

Nevada City Trails kick ass.

Auburn State Recreational Area - Mammoth Bar OHV - Grizzly Bear Trail. Hella.

That looks like a pretty easy trail to ride, but that exposure would seriously freak me out.
Easy is a widely abused word. One man's easy is another man's hell. But this is a fair example of what riding in So Cal is like. We are given a hard time about our easy trails here. Ive heard it from all AZers, NVers, and now PNWers. For me, riding is about watering my soul with the images and the sounds of nature, not about shredding the gnar. For example, if we did a ride in the PNW and I spotted a Northern Rubber Boa, you can betcha that I am going to stop and spent a solid 15-20 minutes with it, watching and taking pics. That generally drives other riders nuts because they are there to chase themselves (their PRs).

I've lived here forever and have yet to see a Northern Rubber Boa. I'll stop and pick up a garter snake though. They're very nice snakes.

I thought it looked fun. Agree "easy" is widely abused, I'd go with "do-able". The exposure stuff freaks me out, but the views... I'd be, "Holy hell that's BEAUTIF*CK I'm gonna die"
