Just picked her up today, regardless of what the date says on the photo lol. Coming off a $600 26er hard tail, wow this thing has blown me away. Can't wait for the weather in Ohio to cooperate! It's a small, and yes it has reflectors that will stay on there. I do a ton of street riding and my life is worth a few grams.

Last night stripped the entire new bike down to frame and seatpost (maybe the largest heaviest piece of metal in existence). Build is as follows:

2012 Scott Scale Expert frame, Large

XTR 11-36 cassette
XTR Shadow Plus mid-cage rear derailleur
XTR trigger shifters
XTR chain

XT 38/26 crankset
XT disc brakes (coming in, right now it has horrific heavy bottom of the line Avid crap)

WTB Devo titanium saddle (on all my bikes)
Foundry Whisky Parts #7 740mm carbon bar
Stan's Crest wheels (my carbon wheels coming in soon) with tubeless Specialized tires
Eggbeaters
Ritchey WCS Ergo foam grips
Scott brand 90mm stem. ain't too heavy
2012 RockShox SID RCT3 100mm fork (will cut steer tube down an inch or so now that build and fit are complete)

Went with the XT crankset and brakes because my other bikes are full XTR 985 and I didn't feel the need to go XTR in these two and save some $$$.
