I live in the US (East Coast) and I bought a set of NOBL wheels a few months ago and was not hit with any unexpected taxes or fees.

But after reading this thread I would not order from them again.

 

Did they ship yours in 2 boxes?

 

Just got mine a couple weeks ago - 2 boxes, UPS, no additional costs. TR37's w/ Hydra hubs - only a few rides on 'em so far but really digging 'em so far. I didn't think I'd be able to tell much of a difference but they really are smoother and more precise than my old aluminum wheels (Ibis S35 aluminum).
