Apparently founder and CEO of mtbparks pass Michelle Good works for Canfield bikes, as of last year, as their COO. I would encourage everyone to contact Canfield if other efforts of finding out what is going on fail.

 

Thank you for posting. We also are wondering about our passes. Sad there has been no communication either way from mtb parks. Let me know if you get any info. We were planning a trip to ride many parks in June. Do you have any contact info for Canfield?

 

I thought MTBParks.com went out of business and filed chapter 11.

 

I called and explained pass situation with Canfield and left a message for Michelle. No reply yet. Wondering where all our pass money went and if pass is current for 2021 parks?

 

Sadly it's looking like our money was stolen. Michelle was always super nice so it's a major bummer that someone in our MTB community did this to us. Hopefully I am wrong and hopefully she is ok.

 

It sounds like we might be getting refunds - which is great from a purchase made 19 months ago. The shop page is back online and I received an email from them.

We've made the difficult decision to not offer a 2021 MTBparks Pass. If you purchased a 2020 pass that you deferred until 2021, you will be receiving a refund. Nothing. We responded to her email but no response. Looks like a class action lawsuit?

 

I have zero idea what's involved in that. Disappointing after the hope of refunds was raised by them.
