Hmmm, info is different to what I have been given. I have been told Ibis has sent their lead engineer over and will have a better idea for deliveries next week.

Still got my SL to ride, but hanging for the SLR. Tired of staring at all of the new parts and must resist the temptation to put them on the SL.

buy an HD140...they kick ass!!!!!!!!!

I have had my Ibis Mojo SL-R on order since February. I'm going with the south beach white. My bike went down over a month ago.....broke my rear hub for the third time so, I haven't been able to bike for over a month. Going through some serious withdrawals. I called ibis last week and they told me they would be stepping up their production on the SL-R's. They tried giving me a grey one but it won't work with my color scheme. My Ibis will be blinged out big time. When I get it built, I'll share the photos. My custom wheels should be built this week. Going with Stan's flow rims (white) Chris king hubs (red) DT Swiss competition spokes (red & white) and dirty dog rotors ( bone burners). Hope I get my frame soon so I can get back out on that mountain.

My XL silver never showed, and according to Ibis, wasn't going to show any time soon. I feel your pain, but can't stay out of the dirt any longer. I sacrificed my build and am going with what I can get, a black and blue (my least favorite color of the bunch, actually). Stay strong, and be proud of your scheme. Sounds sweet.

Sorry to hear you had to give up your preferred bike. Went to my LBS today and he said I'm likely to get my bike by the end of the month. Hope it does come this month. They started building my custom wheels today. So far my will has not broken. Thanks!

Yeah, I'm still fairly broken hearted about it, especially since I have a red/gray/white color scheme that would have looked absolutely PHENOMENAL with the silver frame. Oh well, gotta have a bike, and I don't want anything else!

I really hope your bike comes in very very soon!

I went to my LBS shop today to pickup my custom wheels. Figured I would have something to stare at while I wait for my bike. Then the owner of the shop told me that ibis called and said the bike was shipped today. I'm so stoked! I should have my bike next Friday. I'll post pic of it with my sweet new wheels.

I ordered a XL silver a week ago, ETA 3 weeks. Good thing I got this Ibis itch late in the game, can't imagine waiting months.

Beware! Unless you get word it's been shipped, don't set your hopes it will be here in three weeks. They kept telling me that my bike would be shipped in two weeks. When two weeks came by, they said it would be another two weeks. I'm lucky my bike was a commonly produced bike. Just be weary when they give you a time line. I hope you do get it though....waiting months sucks!

Almost finished

Got several hundred (6 or 7 at least) miles on my SL-R now, took delivery in Feb. I've ridden as much as possible, several trips to Hurricane/St George area, lots of rides in the Salt Lake area where I live. I love this bike, it absolutely rocks. Got it set up just the way I want it now. Only 1 more small piece to add, my Enve stem is backordered. When it arrives, I'll finally trim the steerer tube excess. Last addition was the Enve AM wheelset. Built with King hubs. They are really amazing. I didn't think I'd feel much difference between them and the Flow's/Kings that I already had. But really, it's a night & day difference. The bike feels so solid, planted, precise........you get the idea.
All the small blue anodized pieces are from Purely Custom, in Idaho, as is the Soft Touch bash guard. I had an orange SL-R ordered initially, then changed to a silver, and finally settled for the black to get my bike in Feb. Wasn't that stoked on the color at first, but I'm fine with it now, and the ride is so sweet I don't care what color it is
