I’m asking here because I’m not getting much from SRAMs tech support. The AXS website has stopped working for me completely. If I try and access my account on the web browser on my iPad it just won’t ever load I get a blank AXS webpage. The app on my phone was the same. But after redownloadIng the app and logging in I could get to see ride reports. But I have not tried to update firmware yet. It appears I have to log out of the app every time I use it or it becomes unresponsive and won’t work. Both my iPad and iPhone are older but up to date as far as I can tell. I have no idea what’s going on.
