Hi.

I want to maintain my both shocks (standard periodic service):
  1. Front: Fox Evolution Series 34 Float, CTD (climb-trail-descend) damper, rebound, E2 tapered steerer, 15QR, custom G2 Geometry w/51mm offset, 140mm travel
  2. Rear: Fox Evolution Series Float, DRCV, CTD (climb-trail-descend) damper, rebound, tuned by Trek in California, 7.75Ă—2.25"

I need to buy all the relevant seals, oil, etc.
I just don't know what should I buy, and where can I buy it from...

I'll appreciate if someone could send links to the relevant parts.
The shipping is to UK (or international shipping).

Thanks in advance!

Hi.

Thanks for your help.
I could not find the serial number of my rear shock. Where can I find it? I don't have any informative sticker on it. Is it necessary? I would not able to maintain it without it?
The fork's is: 440824-0016, but I could not find any details for maintenance.

Thanks!

Looks like the links to the 2013 and older manuals are broken. If both came with the bike, then the shock is likely the same year (2013) as the fork. My shocks have a 4 digit code on a sticker, but they are newer than 2013, so not sure if they had those back then. I would try calling or email Fox to get copies of the service manuals (and let them know their links are broken). With the model year confirmed, you should be able to google for service kits.

As an FYI, every time I get a new bike or new component, I download all the relevant info for it as manufacturers have a history of not keeping the older stuff on their web-sites. I know that's too late for you now, but something to consider for future purchases.

Thank you Sparkman999. But, what's the bottom line? What oil and seals should I buy to maintain these shocks...
By the way, I bought the bike from second hand, so all that information is irrelevant... :)

DiRt DeViL, thank you for your advice, but, I'm not from UK, I just have a relative there who can bring me the parts soon (Because in my country everything is expensive).
For instance, oil can be cheap, but the shipping can be problematic because it's fluid (because of safety considerations), or expensive shipping because of its weight.

PUSH Industries is US-based. They do suspension service as well as custom tuning. There are a number of other companies that do similar work. You might find one in your country that does this. FWIW, Fox's list of international service centers might be useful.

Global Distributors | FOX

All this information is contained in the manuals for your suspension. Since the links to the manuals appear broken, you probably ought to reach out to Fox directly for them.
