I've had the REI Mastercard for a few years now and I love it. I put a $320 dent in the cost of a Kuat Sherpa rack this year.

 

If you're just looking for discounts, USA Cycling offers Experticity as part of your membership and race license. Experticity pretty much subsidized the cost of my joining USA Cycling, race license and any other fees. But you gotta buy stuff to save money...

 

A cycling specific card seems way too narrow of a focus.

Having a family and a Costco within 7 miles of my house, I find their Visa card awesome. 4% reward on gas, 3% on restaurants and travel, 2% on Costco purchases and 1% on everything else. Reward certificate can be turned in for cash at the register.

United and Delta hose people on bike box fees. Southwest is not bad.
