The seller doesn't know anything but provides the model / serial number as:

1500 TIOBFE275S OR15060340

Basic googling hasn't yielded anything. I am assuming the 275S part refers to 27.5 wheels, size small frame?

They say it is a size M and 29 wheels, but I think from the pictures the wheels are 27.5 and the frame looks a little small to me. From the pictures, it looks like some sort of Fox front fork. 1x10(?) drivetrain, GX crankset, Zee rear derailleur, an enduro rear rim and a diamondback front rim (?), dropper seat post...

Anyone have any ideas? Is this a custom build? Decent? THANKS!!!

I'm thinking it's an older 26" DJ frame that's been converted to 27.5" wheels slacked out by adding a 29" fork. Too many weird parts mix and I wouldn't trust it for anything other than light trail riding. Stem is rather longish looking also. Small or possibly Extra Small frame. I'd take a hard pass. If it's a $250 beater bike that you're looking for, it might do.

I think it may be a slightly older version of this frame with QR dropouts. Advanced Mountain Similar to a Chromag Rootdown, and the 275S is most likely for 27.5 wheels and a size small which is a 15" frame. It's definitely over forked for the year it was manufactured. A Fox 32 Float CTD, I'm sure the fork is for a 29" wheel, although a 27.5+ will fit too, not the same as a fork made for a 27.5" wheel though. A good attempt to copy a Rootdown, just somewhat poor execution.
