BMX park, DJ or pump track training for better DH skills?

So I'm a fairly decent DH rider, I spend most weekends at on UK bike park or another and will be racing once the season starts.

During the week I hit the gym for spin, compounds, flexibility etc as a way to improve my riding and stamina.

My local DH track is getting pulled out soon in favour of a large XE park, not my thing at all. I'm not fussed about the track but from spring-autum I used it for weekday evenings training.

I'm wondering if I should replace the weekday DH for another style, we have indoor and outdoor BMX parks, pump tracks and DJ within a few miles?

What's the best crossover or could I do all of them with one bike (like a 4x bike?).

Im not looking to be a master of another style just want something I can enjoy while becoming better at DH.

Nothing is going to be a great substitute for a proper DH track when it comes to training but riding BMX, pump track & DJ will definitely help keep you sharp and in shape. I find my 4X bike to be a bit overkill for the pump track & BMX but it works fine if I firm up the suspension quite a bit.
