Both the 26er and 29er versions on sale...and I can tell you first hand they are Kick A$$ frames

I picked up one of those frames new a few years for $99. I went down into my basement, grabbed old used parts and wound up with a sweet hardtail. Always handy to have a spare bike on hand for guests from out of town.

I've been eyeing these frames. Wonder how the 26" compares to the Leader 516H (which I have). I happen to like the Leader, just that I'd have preferred a different color.

The 15" Moto is big so it actually compares quite well with the 17" Access

Both have 22.8" Effective Top Tubes

The Moto 15" has a 30.5" standover, while I don't have the standover for the 17" Access...my 19" Access has a 30.3" standover so its safe to assume the 17" Access standover would be less than the 15" Moto

Hope this helps

Any chance that you could post the rest of the geo. from your 19" frame? Performance website doesn't seem to have any geometry specs.

So...

I'm interested in this frame, but...

Performance can't provide standover heights on the frame. I tried the Live Chat and the tech told me that SO will vary based on tires, fork, etc., but that since it was a sloping top tube, SO shouldn't matter. WTF?

I'm plenty familiar with MTB geometries. And while not the MOST critical factor in fit, for a guy who is 5'9" with short legs and normal length arms, SO is pretty important.

I know that mtnbiker72 posted a SO on his 19" frame of 30.3 inches. Does anyone here have the 17" frame? IT would be great if someone did and could measure the SO on that size (or any others to help everyone else out) and post it here.

I've got an 18" Access XCL frame, three years old, with a 4" Skareb on it, regular tires and standover is 31". I measured where I'd naturally be standing, sort of midway from seatpost to head tube.
