So I'm the happy and proud new owner of this model Spark.

But I'm curious what the "TR" stands for.

RC = Race Concept
SL= Super Light

but "TR".....It can't mean trial that would be weird. Anyone know the answer to this?

Yeah, trials bikes usually don't have a functional seat and really low top tubes. Sometimes they even have magura HS series brakes still.

Functional seat? You mean a dropper post? The Scott Spark Pro model comes with a dropper and is not dubbed "TR"

I live in the US and I have never seen a Scott bike come stock with Magura brakes.

She's 88% complete. Not in this picture tho. I've installed everything except hooked up the brake hoses to the brake levers. Gunna do that over the weekend.

Current weight with pedals is 23.3lbs ....most likely will be 23.6lbs once I add in sealant

I certainly am. Although I don't have many miles on the bike (Due to the snow/ice we got here) the bike is nothing short of amazing. Did a nice 30 mile long single track ride and had a blast.

The only thing I would caution is make sure you are good with maintenance. Specifically the headset bearing. If you ride a lot in web muddy conditions I would check, clean and regrease the headset bearing

Hello, i'm the owner of a Spark RC WC TR 2024 and i did yesterday my first ride with. The bike is very competitive, very stable, the track was very tecnical with many singles, heavy sand sometimes, steep hills, and in every condition he is great. But I found bad at the first ride i got a problem with the twinloc system. I found the solution on this page and i'll try to follow the steps to see if i can solve the problem myself.
