Nice man. It seems folks are very scared of modding a Porsche. I guess you just got to do it right.

How many miles on that thing and how much did you let it go for?

'85 928S Porken S300 chip, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, next up cross pipe and GTS brakes. Looking into custom intake tubes and true dual exhaust, but that'll be a while... Ultimately a Supercharged 928 is what I'm shooting for.
I ain't skerred

Hey, do you hang out on Rennlist?

I've got an 89 GT. In fact tonight I just finished machining up my own flywheel lock tool. It worked. I just removed the crank pulley bolt. Yay. Dual turbos may be in the future.

I hope they bring over the V6 TDI A4 quattro stick. I would be all over that car
I'm a BMW fanboy so I hope they bring over the 320d in some form. Hopefully a wagon, even if wagons don't sell over here compared to CUVs and crossovers. I had a 320d as a rental in Germany and absolutely abused the crap out of that car on the autobahn and backroad and still got 40mpg. It was a revelation.

If they made it in a wagon version that didn't have electrical problems (pretty much every VW/Audi between 1982 - when???) then I'd get one. Wagons rock. They are like SUVs for civilized people who drive considerately.
Audie have been much improved reliability wise since 2008, according to the data. Prior to that, absolutely horrendous, even for a German car. Wagons are hard to come by since Audi limits import numbers, so every one of them goes for sticker. Figure that they are in high demand in Europe and the margins over there are much better than in the US.

Old Jeep... Smashed he Cherokee into the back of something that could stop waaaaay faster than I could... Bike burned in a fire too... so sad.

Some ya... same user name. I usually peruse to read about the events I don't get to attend, search for maintenance/ repair tips, and check into the latest flame war.

I paid the $50 for the flywheel lock. it'll coming handy every 5 years.

My Big Block Chevelle...

1970 Chevelle SS454 clone. 468" BBC, TH400 trans, 12 bolt with 4:10's. 13.5" x 29" Sportsman's crammed in the back, but no rub. I do not recommend bias plys on the freeway; once they break loose, you're all over the place (happened to me at 55 mph on the freeway and went 3 lanes wide to regain control).
