I heard it was made up by the itty bitty titty committee.

But the answer is no if one has over the shoulder boulder holders.

In my childhood (mid 1970’s) little league fastball league, we did these chants loudly to opposing teams , they just were a thing back then.

"Up down thru the sewer pitcher smells like horse manure", and "Hubba hubba hubba , ring a ding ding, pitchers got an arm like a washing machine ".

"Hey batter batter ... hey batter batter ... hey batter batter ... SWING!"

“We want a pitcher, not a belly itcher”

🤷‍♂️

we all survived those days ..
