I have a set of plus wheels and tires that were on a salsa Fargo that I sold as a frame. These were hand built in 2019 and have been great wheels! They only were used for gravel and pavement. Not sure of miles but I rode the bike for a year or so then went back to my other bike. My opinion of the salsa Fargo was a love hate relationship. So I’m guessing these wheels don’t even have 1000 miles on them.
The rims are dent and ding free and are laced to Shimano XT hubs with 32 double butted spokes and brass nipples. They are 148/115 boost (2019 Salsa Fargo with firestarter carbon fork) and have Shimano center lock rotors on them. Rotors go with the wheels. Currently on the wheels are Vitoria mezcal 29x2.6 tubeless. These tires have close to 100% tread left as I’m guessing they have less than 500 miles on them. There is currently a Sunrace 11-40 10 speed cassette on the rear wheel I will let go with the set. I also have Maxis Ikons that are 29x2.6 with more miles, that preceded the Mezcals, that I want to get rid of also. The Ikons probably have 3/4 tread left maybe more than that. I will sell items as a set or individual. I set a price for everything that may or may NOT include shipping depending on the shipping costs. If you want to make a fair offer shoot me a message. In the pictures the wheels are dirty. I haven’t ridden this bike in over two years and I stripped it down a year ago to use parts on another bike. These wheels and tires have been hanging in an insulated garage for a couple years or better out of the sunlight. I just didn’t give the bike a bath before I hung it up 🙇♂️
