Upgrading from 180mm to 200mm rotors

So I have a Hightower LT w/ a Fox 36. It came with Guide R and 180mm centerline rotors F/R. The calipers bolt directly to the frame and fork (just a bolt and a flat washer). I ordered 200mm centerline rotors for the front and rear and the adapters from my LBS. I was expecting the bracket style adapter that spans between each bolt but instead got separate spacers for each bolt with a bunch of conical washers. I haven't seen this type of adapter before. The spacers with conical washers on each side cause the caliper to tilt and I haven't been able to get rid of the rotor rub. The setup seems pretty janky.

I've seen videos of the bracket style adapter being mounted on a 2018 Fox 36 so it seems like either can be used. What's the difference? I'm not sure if I should keep the spacers and try to make it work or order the brackets.

The 20mm Post adapter is more of a OEM part that's supplied to bike manufacturers.
Not many places sell the 20mm Post adapter, an alternate adapter that will do exactly the same thing is the Shimano SM-MA-F180P/P2 adapter.
I just tried to use this adaptor for a Fox 36 / Shimano 203mm rotor and had rubbing due to insufficient clearance of the caliper with the outer edge of the rotor. Maybe the SM-MA-F180P/P2 adapter will work with the 200 mm rotor from SRAM, but I am getting this adapter for the 203mm rotor today:

Actually - just realized from looking at the link for the Hope adapters that there are different mounts for the 200mm and 203mm rotors. So the F180P/P2 adapter probably is the correct one.

Ok, got the spacers to work for the fork but on the rear something is wrong. The front of the pad is aligned properly but the rear of the pad is about 3mm too high. Do the fork and frame use different adapters?

if the rear mounts were meant for say a 160 disc and the forks for a 180, then an increase to 200 would require two different adapters. At least that's how it worked out on mine.

I know I'm late to the party here, but for future reference, the Shimano F203P/PM adapters work great with Centerline 203mm rotors and SRAM calipers on 180mm post mount forks and frames. The Shimano adapters are available for about $8 at various online sellers, and the 203mm Centerline rotors were actually cheaper than 200mm rotors when I was shopping for them. 1.5% more stopping power too :)

Do the screws and everything fit too? I was thinking of upgrading my Guide R's from a 180mm centerline to a 203mm Ice-Tech rotor. But I wasn't sure if the the Shimano adapters and screws were 100% compatible with Sram brake calipers. Or if you had to do some fiddling or buy extra screws and spacers to get it to work. I'm on a 160mm fork so it looks like I would need a different adapter, the F203P/P I believe.
