UDH specific thru-axles - what is it all about?

I have cracked my frame (Vitus Escarpe 2018 VR) and am looking to transfer as many parts from this bike to my new frame for a cost effective build.

The new frame use the UDH hanger/axle system while the previous bike does not.

EDIT:
Both frames use a boost M12x180mm rear thru axle. The 290 AMP use a 1.0 pitch with a UDH signature and a 13mm threaded part. The axle from the previous frame use a 20mm threaded part with unknown pitch.

Does the UDH-signature on the new frame entail some other design specifications that would make it impossible for me to use the axle from the old frame?

EDIT: I have now tried the old axle on the new frame but it does not work. Clearly another thread pitch.

I was mistaken, When putting in the allen key on the left side, it was stop by a hard o ring, which I though I hit a flat surface.
But if I push it harder, it will pass the o ring and engage the thread. So, it's a normal thread in from the left side.

After some reading around,
The right side I believe is for those ops moment where the left side got stripped, you can use the right side. Burgtec axle have dual side thread too.
