Tire Size Help- 26x47/52???

All-

I am trying to swap out a set of tires on my wife's bike for some hybrid tires. The current set reads 26x47/52. Looking at tires that are available, nothing seems to have that type of size measurment naming convention. Iv'e just started getting into both Mountain Biking and commuting, and have no idea what size tire to purchase her. Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Must be WTB tires (older ones). Maybe Velociraptors? I remember those numbers on old sets. If I'm not mistaken, they referred to a numbering system WTB (and maybe others) used at some point. The numbers were something like casing and tread width in mm's.

I would say a tire in the 1.9" to 2.1" range may work (or be close to the size you have).
