Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this?
I recently bought an ion 16 650b, it's running a ccdb air cs, and I'm loving it but there's a problem. When the bike is stood, if you lift the back end up there is a tiny amount of play before the back wheel comes off the ground along slight klunk.
Everything is tight but it feels like there is a little play when I thread the mounting bolt through the shock eyelet?

Everything is new so it's definitely not down to being worn.

I am pretty certain it will be the CCDB shock to be honest...

Mine did and again does the same thing. Mine needs to go in again and be fixed...

Apparently word from the CC tech dudes is that it is not an issue to keep riding..

Out of interest, what rear Der are you running?

I have exactly the same issue on a AC650b frame. I tightened the mounting bolt, and everything's fine for the moment...

Just nipped to the lbs, turns out it was the D U bushing, so all sorted, cheers for the advice though.

Whafe, im running an xt shadow, although i'll be moving over to full xx1 to go my crankset.

Sweet that it's sorted, stoked it is not your shock...

You will not know yourself with the 1 x 11, it is the shizzle.....
