Santacruz e-mail address and website

Hi, does anybody knows if there something wrong with the Santacruz e-mail address (or website ) , because in the last days I was in contact with the tech and warranty departments , but today I received five e-mails that I sent ,with the classical message " Delivery to the following recipients failed ", or delayed or rejection .
