Short cranks and steep seat tube angles don’t mix well. Need a saddle with enough rail to push back. What have you seen with long rails?

Around 2008 I designed a timetrial/triathlon saddle for Felt Bikes with very long rails for extra adjustability, I had it on my MTB. I'll bet they're on ebay. It kinda looks like a skinny Chromag Trailmaster with a big squidgy looking nose. some of them had a contrast colored patch sewn on the nose.
