do you have fork bumpers on there? have you considered moving them?

 

they are there but still its happen

 

Make sure the bumpers are lined up so the "fat " part of the bumper is what is hitting the frame, and position them so that the lines are above or below the contact points, so the bumpers themselves don't mash the lines.

do you think that i can use the "f1"shape to pass the cables through?

I wouldn't. The angular/sharp nature of the cut out might wear through the cables from vibration and bouncing and turning.
