I just got it back from my stripper (ooh, this is porn
). It looks good, I can't see any stress cracks or problem areas  . The filleting has some tiny "air bubble" holes that I'd like to fill, anyone have any ideas how? It's gotta be a metal based filler as I'm going to powdercoat it Gloss Metallic Black. Sorry for the lousy pics, I'll do better later.
And a question...are filleted frames tigged first and then filled or is the filleting holding the whole thing together? I guess I'm wondering if filleting is kind of like soldering?
