i went with the xt build plus with the reynolds. i'm taking the drivetrain off and putting sixc's and xx1 that i have at home on. my saddle, bars, stem, and guides also. so if anybody wants some xt brakes and any of that drive train let me know.

That is also my plan. Do you think the 142 x12 XD driver will work on the Super Boost hubs?

I doubt there are any changes to DT's freehub body for Super Boost. I know the 157 and 142 end caps are the same (though there are specific HG or XD driveside endcaps) .

29er ver? The Reynolds I9 wheels will be nice what's the ID is it 30mm? Yeah the XX1 is what I'd run as well. As a mater of fact I have a lightly used XX1 rear mech and shifter in black that I'm going to sell if anyone is interested as well as few other components.

im trying to find the correct end caps because 157 superboost is a wider shell and narrower end cap then a 157 standard or 157 superboost with shimano

Really? Seems like they would just be the 142/157 XD set you need (HWGXXX00S3188S). How could it be otherwise and not change cassette or brake spacing in relation to the dropouts?

When I changed my 135 x 10 XD to 142 x 12 it required a different driver body. They look similar but they were different.

The NDS end cap would be shorter, maybe, but DS should not change, same space required to run existing gear counts and spacing. Actually NDS should not be different either, because if it was, then as Noah said, the brake disc tab would not line up with a conventional hub.

i'm actually not right on that and the end cap is the same if you get one of the super boost hubs from i9 shimano or sram. i just needed the xd driver which i got from i9. my bad
