Picked up my HD3 last night but won't be able to do a test run until Friday. I was amazed to see that they modified the ports for the Reverb. It looks completely factory. Here's a pic Lars sent me yesterday:

Hi, What is your Frame Size & What height are you?
I'm 1m75 (5'9") & will choose an M frame but hesitate for The RS Reverb Stealth size (125mm) : 380 or 420mm ?

What size have you choose ?

If you are going to get a medium frame, go with a 150mm dropper.
At least I would.

I'm 1.72m (5'77"), after using 125mm dropper on my 2013 M hd my next post on my new mojo3 will be 150mm.

I went with the Large HD3 and I'm 5'9" with about a 32" inseam. I took the 125mm KS LEV dropper off of my medium Trek Fuel EX8. Fits very well on the Large frame. On the medium Trek, I had to have it a couple of cm above the minimum insertion to get the right saddle height.

Off hand, I would say the difference in our two builds, most of the weight difference is in the wheels (1741- Ibis vs. 1473- I9), Tires (Schwalbe Rock Razor and RaRa= 1295 vs. Bonty Xr4 =1560)- I assume you are running tubeless and frame (large vs med (.2 lb+-?). Totaled up that's a difference of 1.4 lbs. So there you go, probably not your scale.

Why not run the KS post on the other side?? You can rotate the connection in 45degree increments IIRC.

^^ looks like he may have the DX version of the Lev which is not as easy to rotate

Hey DigitalHippie, are you running the 12* bend Syntace bars? If so, can you estimate how much longer your stem needs to be to achieve the same grip position as a Easton or similar bar with a 9* bend?

Rotor, Hope, E-13, and RF all make cinch compatible threaded bottom brackets I believe. I think the "standard" is called BSA30.
