Here is a frame bag that a friend of mine sewed up for me. He has a small company that makes messenger bags. Fits a tube, 2x CO2, plug kit, multi tool leatherman, and a plethora a snacks. With the bottle cage, 3 hours comfortably sans pack.

Also, if you are near Virginia, Shenandoah Bicycle Company has a large on the floor and employees have a medium and an XL. At 6' I felt I could go either large or XL. I went XL and slammed the seat forward for the steep climbs out that way and a 50mm stem to get in the back seat as needed. Very happy with my decision. Even though I went with the larger size, it still feels incredibly nimble; dare I say "flickable?" And yes, I also ride techy, droppy, chunky goodness the Shenandoah Valley is notorious for

For the M60's, are those configured with the black decals, or is that the shadow remaining after removal of decals?

I finally finished my shadow decals. I will likely cut a couple new ones to fix a couple of errors, but I really like how it looks in person.

I used Lamin-x Charcoal tint which is a product used to tint auto tail lights. I really like it because it's easy to work with and is very think like helicopter tape, so it not only looks good but protects the frame.

These were all cut hand using a straight edge cutter (read pain in the ass) so please do not ask me to hook you up with a set of decals. I will tell you the angle of the cuts are 62 degrees...the rest you are on your own.

You are a beast pushing a 34 - 40. Although I will say going from a 32 - 42 on my HD to a 34 - 42 on the HD3 I notice NO difference in how hard I have to push uphill...it may even be a little easier!!!

 

I'm riding 36-42 on my hd, I hope 34-40 let me push lesser. I should reach the uphill faster by pushing because it weigh 1.4kg lighter than my hd!

 

Anyone putting a MRP Stage fork on their HD3? I'm thinking about it when I buy mine.

Wow and still so much exposed seatpost - good to hear cos i got the 150mm too and was a bit worried because I wasn't sure about the frame standover height, only knew that its lower than previous incarnations of the mojo

 

I'm using 125mm lev on my medium hd and it's on minimum insertion line. New hd3 seat tube is 0.5" shorter, 150mm is a must for me.

Pretty hot rig, truly. I can't decide if Di2 is worthwhile to run on a 1X setup...

 

DI2 is incredible, but yes 1X might not be worth it, but it sure is for 2X and 3X for sure. No weight disadvantage and the shifting is unbelievable. There are places to get it that make sense cost wise.

 

Went out with a friend to try and scout the Tahoe Trail 100k course, but we got lost so we climbed to the top of Northstar bike park for one run down (you can ride for free if you don't use the lifts).

I had the same problem on a demo medium HD3 with a 2015 36 fox 160.
It didnt touch the down tube, but it ripped the ziptie holding the cable. It really is pretty close.
Which lower cup headset are you using?
