This bike really starting to push my riding took her out on a decently chunky trail in my backyard and railed through the sketchy stuff with little trouble. Good stuff! Loving the Fox36/Cane Creek Inline combo. Only main upgrade I see in my future is a sweet set of 741s!!!! Thanks Ibis!

I think your full of **** SP (saying mach 6 seat tube angle ruins it), when you were on the Mach 6 forum you said it was the greatest thing alive, that you set all new PRs with it. Everytime a new bike comes out you insist its the best... until the next bike comes out

 

Simply it is true what you say,the truth does not sin, but uncomfortable .

I agree it would be great to hear what riding styles work best with each bike and the implication is what does not work so well. More importantly state your style, ie, sounds like SP is DH'r thru and thur? It is all opinion so no wrong answer!

Always appreciate SP's reviews and advice. Been lurking awhile and finally decided to start posting. I agree how new and updated technology is always improving and what was once great can be replaced by another item that's better. Whether you're talking about a bike, car, or the new ultra high def TV's. I love my Mojo HD and thought it was the bees knees until I got the new Nomad and was completely blown away. The Nomad is the best....for now until something new and improve comes along. Curious about the HD3 though.

 

 

Not my video (I have ridden down this but would not even consider trying to ride UP it!), but just in case you were wondering if the HD3 was a good technical climber...

 

Looks like he also took a cheater line outside the usual mess of rocks on Waterfall. Either way, an impressive feat. Most folks have a hard enough time riding down it. But that's all trials and no indication of how the HD3 climbs. Tyson could like ride anything up that.

Awesome. I'm a Chuk Ibis fanboy from way back, largely because the dude is just straigh-up inspiring to be around, both on the bike and off.

My goal is still to ride like Chuk when I grow up! :thumbsup:

1st ride on HD3!!

Hi,

just a few lines to comment on my 1st ride on the HD3 yesterday. WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!

This is my 1st Ibis ride and i am now sold on the DW design and carbon fibre! the ride feels so firm going up hills and i broke every PR on Strava, all this and i havent put a leg over a bike in 12 months!

Going down is another thing compared to my last bike (trek remedy 9), so much more control and fun. Suspension from the CC inline and Pikes is near perfect (factory settings).

Overall i am so happy with this bike!
