Thanks Dude and its going to be the last time it looks this sparkly as winter weather has kicked in here big time. Its going to be interesting to see how the 2.8s work in the wet and whether i'll need to swap them out for magic mary's for the winter. :)

My med matte frame alone came out to 2103g. The rear shock was 292g by itself. The downtube guard with screws was 54g. The rear axle was 41g. The derailleur hanger was 11g. The seat clamp with screw was 16g.
Hope that helps.

If you know anyone interested, I'm selling my Large Mojo 3 black frame with Invisiskins, the matching Fox factory fork and Ibis 735 wheels.

I'll get an add and pictures up tomorrow. Since I know it'll get ask, really like it, but I want to back Tantrum Cycles on Kickstarter.

There's a lot of nice bikes in here!

I have about a half dozen rides on my M3 and I'm loving it. The weather's been so dry here lately so I've switched out the Nic's for a Rekon/Ikon combo which rolls really nicely.

We are close to each other and probably ride the same trails. This weekend I went back to Nobby Nic tires from Rekon and Ikon. Ride Patapsco. NN did great. Much better in turns and increase in air volume was obvious. I ran the Rekon Icon combo all summer.

Awesome! If you ever see another mojo 3 at patapsco say hi, it might be me. I don't ride there as much as I used to since moving north of the beltway, though I'm going to try joining the winter night rides at least once a week. Little gunpowder is only 15 min from my house so I've been going there instead.

Yeah I ride Schaeffer too, the Shed and Gambrils. Never been to Gunpowder though.

I'm down for a Mojo3 group ride at any/all of the above! I'm in VA close to the Fountainhead trails, but the short road trip to the MD trails you listed is always worth it -- Schaeffer being the most frequent for me.

Say when!

Got the mojo 3 built up. Tested it with the 738/nobby nic 2.8 and i9 245/2.35

Preferred the 2.8's so much more. Peddle strike a non issue with either tire set up. Anyone *****ing about pedal strike hasn't ridden a modern geo before. Before purchasing I read a lot of people complaining and was concerned. Not an issue!!

X01 group
Xt brakes
Easton haven bars
Fox transfer dropper
Fox performance suspension with slik graphics
Ibis 742's on the way

Thanks man!

I would love to hear more NN 2.8 vs Recon 2.8 comparisons from everyone. Need to decide what I'm going to outfit these new 742's with..
I have a little time on the Rekon as a rear tire and some time on the NN and I personally didn't like the NN. The NN seemed to wash a little easy on out gravel over hard that we have, I think it has something to do with the spacing on the cornering knobs. Also the NN's seemed a little slower than the Rekon. Like I said tho I have only a limited time on the Rekon and we are into full blown winter now so I won't get any more ride time till spring on em. What I do know unless riding mud I way prefer the Rocket Ron SS over the NN's in the 2.8's. Way faster, lighter, and plenty of grip when dry to slightly wet.
