I just purchased a Manitou fork. I find that I will need a stiffer spring to suit my weight. I call a couple on-line retailers and am informed they are in the process of a move and it might be better to deal w/ my LBS. I go to the LBS and they can't get ahold of Manitou. I think it is pretty lame that a company makes a move and doesn't set in place any information for its customers - no website info. , no message on their phone system. Now I wait until ??? Anyone else find this to be a poor way to run a business ?
