Does anyone know if there's a alloy silver flat bar in the 31.8 clamp that's available? Looking for something fairly light and wide and all I can find are either black or carbon.

I've already tried, cambria, jenson, speedgoat, niner, truvativ, easton and most other big manufacturers. ebay is next...

How much sweep are you looking for???
2 that I know of right off are: (there not quite wide enough or quite enough sweep in my opinion, but close)
Origin8 Prosweep 6061 Bar- 15 degree, 640mm wide
Bontrager Race Lite Big Sweep- 12 degree, 640mm wide.

I'm curious if anyone knows of any others too!

Moots can do a custom one in Ti to whatever length and sweep you want. They have up to 25'' (635mm) with 8deg sweep in production.

Pshhh, 680mm isn't WIDE anymore, just kinda wide. Gravity (as already mentioned) and Sunline both make 30" flat bars and both are silver IIRC. You can always cut them down to the length you are looking for.

$160 with Seven will get you any width, pretty much and bend. It also comes in the nicest silver color in all, titanium.

Syncros offers an AM Flat Top Bar thats 690mm with 10 degree sweep in Aluminum. Comes in Matte White or Black.

Wound up getting the new Sunline V1 flat bar. 762 wide with a silver/gray finish...perfect. I'll post the 29er it's going on once I get the bar.
