I’m asking here because I’m not getting much from SRAMs tech support. The AXS website has stopped working for me completely. If I try and access my account on the web browser on my iPad it just won’t ever load I get a blank AXS webpage. The app on my phone was the same. But after redownloadIng the app and logging in I could get to see ride reports. But I have not tried to update firmware yet. It appears I have to log out of the app every time I use it or it becomes unresponsive and won’t work. Both my iPad and iPhone are older but up to date as far as I can tell. I have no idea what’s going on.
 
Why not update firmware? De-install and reinstall everything and bring everything up to date.

Does your iPad support CURRENT IOS? Most new apps don't work on older OS.

I don't have AXS, but can you use the shifter without the app and web login?
 
My AXS app works fine for me on my phone. Maybe it has compatibility issues with tablets.
