Hi
Has anyone ordered from this company before?

About Us

#2 ·
Ooh Indonesia, uh man the prices look awesome for these frames but too me not worth the risk. I was thinking oh they must be a bike liquidator but clicked on the “about us” and saw Indonesia and well not worth it.

I have ordered from Cicli Matio in Italy and they had so-so reviews and i took the risk after I emailed them back and forth to test the waters. I had a topeak prep-station pro to my house in a week from Italy for an outstanding price. I did use a credit card for the protection. So they worked out awesome for a 600 dollar purchase.

You have to ask where do they get all these 14-15 frames?

Sorry lol i wasn't thinking.
The company is called cyclescorp I sent them an email enquiring about a bike and they replied with a link and everything but do i take a chance and pay via PayPal?

Its a nightmare lol

Ive just emailed SCOTT sports to see if they know of them? Its a 2017 Scott MTB that im after. I can't get one in size small in the UK anywhere now?

This site emailed me and confirmed they have one?????

Sure if I do Paypal I don't care to much. Do you think I should ask Paypal about them? Just to see if their legit?

I've also just emailed them back to see if they can send me a image of the bike in the box?

What does the form ask you for? I'm still convinced this is 100% a scam, people get scammed on pay pal all the time. You can protect yourself by using "pay for goods". But this does not mean you will automatically get your money back if you submit a claim.

As much as you can submit a claim they can contest it and fight you for it.

Yeah and just weird to have that many old stock frames from very popular bikes manufacturers and like others said in everysize and all the popular colors. Believe me it looks so enticing and it would be so nice to believe its true but the reality is people try and scam me weekly through email or my favorite the guys that call
And say they are the IRS and i owe back taxes. I usually troll them as long as i can just lead them along cuz its fun. I also email those nigerian princes back as well but i demand proof of an act to prove they are real and i need them to prove they arent some spam bot. if they reply i tell them i need them to eat a bag of peanuts and the next time
They take a crap i need a thorough peanut count. I have the whole
Dialogue saved so its an easy copy and paste. I have had a few fun conversations with these aholes. Generally end with I hope your
Maker can forgive you for stealing from typically elderly naive people.

Just a scam, They only try to make you do a bank transfer instead of paypal. Then come the fake shipping company with fake tracking number that try again to make you do a bank transfer for U.S. customs in Madagascar as if they would ship your bike west through the Atlantic Ocean instead of Pacific...
I just got my money back through paypal, thank you...But it is a big waste of time... I suppose they have nothing else to do...

Cyclecorp or Cyclescorp?

I get a feeling that the facebook page isn't the intended place for that review, it looks like a scam website has copied details from a bike shop to make them look legit.

There is a small Indonesian bike shop called Cyclecorp, the shop looks to only sell Colnago and Specialized bikes, it is listed as a dealer on the Colnago website but Specialized doesn't list it's Indonesian dealers, Mavic also list it as one of their dealers.

Google street view of Cyclecorp: https://www.google.com/maps/@-7.295....45h,91.93t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1svILAefg5yyhzJnfjGZUY6g!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?hl=en

The Cyclescorp webpage has a different insignia to the Cyclecorp store.
The Cyclescorp webpage lists a similar address to the Cyclecorp store but is not the same.
The Cyclescorp webpage has a different phone number to the Cyclecorp store.
The Cyclescorp webpage is registered in Malaysia
The Cyclescorp webpage says they have 5000 bikes in stock and lists many different brands.
The Cyclescorp webpage doesn't mention any social media pages.

There's no mention of a website on the Cyclecorp social media pages.

Hi people
I heard from eBay and they could not give me a secure answer?
After asking the bike company to send me an image of the boxed bike I haven’t heard from them lol
So there’s our answer! It’s a scam.

On another note I really need a size small frame and it’s a nightmare trying to get hold of one. Well until now. I’ve been offered a 2017 Scott scale RC 700 frame but it’s the contessa model? Ladies. It’s the exact same frame as the men’s but just in a different colour. Would it matter if I built a bike with a girl coloured frame?
At least it’s got blue logos and not something like pink.
What are your thoughts?

This is a common scam: They note that they will do CC or Paypal (which is not a foolproof method of insuring your purchase by any manner) then once all is done they will say that due to network or whatever they can only do western union, then you take your money and give it away if you continue.

The tip is that if the deal is too good to be true it is too good to be true.

Remember that specialized, trek, Giant, and many others don't sell online except through certain avenues and this includes globally. This is doubly so if they are percentages of the MSRP.

LOL, I just read this part of their "About Us" page (cyclescorp.com/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=4)

"With over 5000 cycles in stock, we believe we have whats right for you."

Geezuz! They must have a tremendously huge warehouse to store 50K bikes!!
