Looking to rebuild my 2022 Rhythm 34 fork. I see lots of different seals and oils, Fox, Dirt labs, Push seals and kits, and Fox, Maxima, Motrex and others. Is there a consensus on what is best? I like the Idea of "kits" that include seals, oil and grease.
What have you had the best results with?

I do prefer green SKF seals. Slick honey for seal grease (or bulk Slickoleum), I'd stick with Fox oil.

Fox low friction seals are fine.
Green SKF are fine.
Slick Honey is fine.
Just follow the Fox Factory fluid recommendations for fluid and all will be fine.
There are no real performance or durability upgrades with slight deviations from the above if you are running stock suspension and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Best thing is to adhere to maintenance intervals.
Better thing is to service early and often.

I use Green SKF seals for everything that'll fit unless customer wants OEM. They can still be going strong 4 seasons in.
Black OEM SKF are basically the same. My 2020 Mezzer still has the original wipers. No leaks, no signs of cracking.

I use Motorex oil. It's more slippery than all the others and has a decent VI too. So it works great in the dampers as well.

I used the Ariete seals from RWC when I service my 34SC and my buddy's Z2 and the forks feel really nice. I've also switched to the Motorex oils that @Dougal recommends, except for the Fox PTFE infused damper oil.

I've not seen a full service kit that include everything you need and from my limited experience Fox have the worst service kits. Manitou include a small tube of Slickoleum in their kits, and RockShox group various o-rings and parts into separate baggies in the service kit to make it easier to manage your work flow. Fox just gives you a load of bits in a bag and they don't even include the Float Fluid in the shock air can kits anymore.
