Hello!

Beginners question. My Ghost Kato Pro 2021 has Shimano Deore system exepct crankset wich is MT510-1. Will the FC-M6100-1 fit OK of my OLD is 135mm? Can someone explain that to me?
MT510 recommends 135/142/148 OLD and M6100 only 142/148mm.

Did you check out the FC-M5100 Crankset as well? It's for 10/11 speed and was released the same time as the DEORE M6100 12-speed lineup. It's available in 170mm or 175mm Crank Lengths, with either a 30T or 32T Chain Ring. It uses Shimano's 4-bolt 96mm Asym BCD chainrings.

It supports 135,141 QR, and 142,148 Thru rear ends. Build quality wise, it's the same as the FC-M6100 aside from not using direct mount chain-ring like the latest 12-speed family (FC-M61XX, FC-M71XX, FC-M81XX, etc).

For people not wanting Shimano's 12-speed lineup (weaker chain, alignment issues over time, requirement for MicroSpline, etc). The M5100's 11 Speed Rear Derailleur (RD-M5100-SGS) supports 51T rear cassettes. Additionally, the 11 Speed Cassette Shimano sells - CS-M5100-11 is available with a 11-51T range.

The Crank/RD/Cassette has the exact same build quality as the M61XX series.
