Chainline and Q-factor are not related, but usually the same model crank with wider chainline has a wider Q-factor, same thing applies to Shimano's 12 speed.
You have three options with the XT model
M8100 : chainline 52mm, Q-factor 172mm
M8120 : chainline 55mm, Q-factor 178mm
M8130 : chainline 56.5mm, Q-factor 181mm
Your current cranks have a chainline of approximately 49mm and you have a non-boost frame, you safest bet is to get the M8100.
Not related to chainline, but the Shimano's 12 speed chainrings only works with Shimano's 12 speed chains so if you upgrade the cranks and chainring you need to get a new chain. Don't know how the chain plays with "not 12 speed Shimano" cassette so can't comment on that.
As a side note, any reason for you not to just grab a 64BCD 28t NW chainrings instead?
