is what I am using on XTR wheels with Juicy Carbon 8" front 6" rear. Had a lot of noise issues at first (no noise with same brakes on heavier 6 bolt hubs). I greased the splines between hub and adapter, used a lockring to push the adapter on square before tightening the pinch bolt, sanded the rotors, and went with organic pads. Not sure if just one of these steps would have done it by itself or not but didn't want to keep tearing things apart to figure out what would work and pads were worn out anyway.
