I’m back!!

It’s been a minute since I’ve been here, and man… life threw some curveballs. Cancer diagnosis, surgery, radiation—but I beat it, made a full recovery, and came out the other side more determined than ever. Add in a new job, a relocation, and here I am, ready to ride again.

At 56, my goal is simple: get in the best shape of my life and enjoy every mile doing it. To celebrate this next chapter, I treated myself to a brand-new Epic 8 Comp in Satin Deep Orange—light, fast, and an absolute rocket on the trails. Hell I may even do a race to check it off the bucket list!

Stoked to be back, reconnect with this community, and share the journey ahead. See you out there!

That's the exact first bike and color that my bud bought after he lost his collection in a fire.

Congrats on making it through the rough road ride. Keep on keeping on!
