If you go transmission, SRAM has a bash guard that seems pretty good.

 

Your frame should have come equipped with an upper chain guide featuring the OneUp guide. For the bash, you can use a 2-bolt ISCG model, like the OneUp bash. 3-bolt guides won't fit.

There’s a guy who sells 3D printed bash guards in different colors and with either 2 or 3 bolt holes. Just look through pinkbike classifieds. I think it’s around $25 shipped for one
