10 speed individual cog cassette - help

I currently disassemble SRAM cassettes (PG970) and reassemble with my preferred tighter gearing (i.e. 32, 30, 28, ....). Great for endurance racing - really saves the legs to be in just the right gear. Generally requires a custom final gear (cycle-dynamics). But, this solution is 9 speed only. I don't think any of the 10 speed cassettes come as individual cogs. I want to go 10 speed with 36t. But don't want the huge 4t steps. Something like this spacing would be good for me: 36, 33, 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 19, 16, 14

Any recommendations?

I don't think I like 10 speed

seems there is no customization - we are beholden essentially to 2 manufacturers who make nearly the same product. I don't like it. Best thing I can say is that it took approx. 10 years for 9 speed market to develop all the niches, but 10 speed has only been around for about 4 years. But, I'm disappointed that 9 speed niche companies don't also offer 10 speed equivalents.

If you know of any 10 speed individual cog cassettes - please let me know.

^ Individual cogs are possible with both Marchisio (30T max) and Miche (29T max). The problems are the offset bottom gear cog and wear on alu cassette bodies. There are a few people who are offering larger alu bottom gear cogs, including (supposedly) SRAM as XX spares, and one of the smaller Italian manufacturers; sorry I cannot remember which. I imagine if you posted in the WW forum someone there would know. Matthias from Sweden who posts there could maybe make something too.
