Yes, I have read the article, and I think you hit upon some of the issues that will always give this person a general advantage over real females. Even with hormone therapy, there is still the foundation of a male in there, and that will provide just a little physiological advantange over most females in most sports...unless this person has no talent as a rider. Not trying to be hateful or anything, but I think this is one of those areas where you really don't mess with mother nature and then expect everything to be totally fair and equal in an arena of competition.

I say don't let her race with either.

1. If she's too good to be a man, don't let her race em.

2. If he wants to be a woman, he should have thought of that when he was a sperm. It's a little late to completely change at this point in life.

Maybe that's harsh, but she's got an undeniable (yeah, you'd have to be pretty much mentally retarded to actually think she's got no) advantage.

And last but not least, at least not according to my testicles, the most important factor: I would never have sex with that.

That was a good way of putting it TNC. I definitely agree with you as far as there being even a minute advantage there.

Isn't it nice when people use respect instead of hatin' like so many others in this thread? lol.

i have this cousin person, who used to be a guy, and is now a girl....
"its" really freaky cuz it looks completely like a chick. it got married to this dude who somehow didnt know it was actually a guy, and when he found out he divorced it. i think it is really lame to try and change wut u r.

oh and bout the article thing, yah it shouldnt be allowed to race wit either sex
