Yes maybe, but the Antares has also specific dimensions see table from USE
Don't try to skimp on the clamp, a carbon railed saddle is costly :nono:

By the way, the USE clamp is not really the best for carbon rails. There are worse clamps but also better ones ;)
 
Do people grease the USE rail clamp on the SAVE? (on the rotating surfaces) I find it really difficult to adjust the pitch of the saddle once the rails are on. I'm sure some a little grease in there would help but make it tippy in use.
 
Best is to use grease/mounting paste, otherwise everything could gal.

Especially bolt is dry mounted at manufacturing, if not greased and let alone for a while can be a real pain to release.
If on the heavy side, carbon paste does wonders.

I've changed the bolt for Ti, and to be sure release it every 4-6 months.
