I have read other threads on cracks on the Mojo frame and have seen some similar "cracks" in the paint as it seems many others have come across too. However these cracks all seemed to be in less important areas so I kinda blew them off. Then after my ride yesterday I notices a rather long crack but it is on the rear triangle of the drive hand side. I am a little more worried about the location of it over the others I have and wanted to know if yall think it looks like a possible carbon crack or just another case of the paint cracking.

The easiest way I've found for telling the difference between a crack in the paint and a crack in the frame is to take a coin (nickels work well - some heft and a smooth edge). Tap the edge of the coin on the crack and then at a point somewhere further away from that crack that you know isn't damaged. If the tone basically stays the same it's just cosmetic. If the tone is drastically different it's most likely structural.

You need a new swingarm. Some of the older ones would develop cracks on the strut tube. The replacement won't do that.
Contact us with those photos, serial number of the bike and your shipping address and Jeff will get you taken care of.

This is one of the two main reasons for having an Ibis.

Thanks for the reply Hans! I have emailed Jeff and am eagerly awaiting a reply to get this worked out! In the meantime, is it safe to ride the frame the way it is without doing any crazy jumps or drops? Thanks again guys!

As a guy building a pile of money for a new bike, this customer service is huge to me. It's definitely swaying me and if I fall in love at the demo day coming up on April 2nd I will have an HD. Really amazing response from you guys, thank you for being so quick to respond and standing behind your product. It's getting harder and harder to find that in any company.
