I am looking into mountain biking. I was wondering what the best type of bike for dirt jumping and freeride. Like a full suspension or a hardtail. Also could ya'll recommend a good bike for beginners. Thanks for the help.

How much you wanna spend? You plan to ride anything else with it?
If you're new to mountain biking, hope your insurance is paid up, too. Or are you one of those naturally gifted guys who rode tons of bmx and motos and will just make this transition easily? If so, I'm jealous.
