Any good wheel builders in the LA area?

I bought a used pair of 29" Flows / DT 240S. The rear seems under tensioned and flexes. Anyone know of a competent builder that can tune up this rear wheel in the Los Angeles area? thanks

I usually build my own wheels so I don't have direct experience with this person, but have heard several good reports:

Wheelbuilder in El Monte fixed the wheel immediately while I waited. Highly recommended.
