New- Fox Van 180. Excellent damper (so far at least), pretty light, very adjustable, $$.

Used- RS Totem coil. Not the most reliable or functional damper (newer ones are better), stiff chassis, somewhat porky. You can find them cheap, maybe plunk a newer cartridge in and older fork.

Unknown factor- New 'Zokes. Are they reliable again? I don't know.

Bigger question:
What bike is it going on?

Used Totem Coil.

Easy to find them in good/very good condition for $300-$400.

Good fork on a Bullit.

Easy to service/maintain/mod.

How are you going to build the bike up? What's the bulk of the intended riding?

The intended riding would heavily influence my decision on that bike.

Bullits are good when built burly.

Bullits are good when built on the lighter side as well as long as the suspension/travel is quality(springs).

I like my 2010 Totem DH solo air. Damper feels really good and stiffest single crown fork ever used. I use this fork all last summer for local resort DH runs. Only thing I have trouble with is being able to set proper sag without feeling too soft. Impossible to get even close to 20% sag without getting retarded soft and wallowy.
